I hired a Photographer during my trip to Cuba and here’s the real scoop on hiring a vacation photographer: 

Quality Professional Photos: Vacation photographers are skilled professionals who know how to capture the best shots in terms of composition, lighting, and framing. You can expect high-quality photos that you might not be able to achieve with a selfie stick or a smartphone.

Local Knowledge: Local photographers also have a deep understanding of the local area, including the best spots for photos. They can take you to picturesque locations and provide insights about the area that you might not discover on your own. 

 Everyone in the Frame: Hiring a vacation photographer means you don’t have to worry about leaving a member of the group out of a group phot because they are behind the camera. When you hire a vacation photographer, everyone in your group can be in the photos, 

Personalized Experience: You can work with the photographer to create a photo session that reflects your personality and interests, whether it’s a romantic couples’ shoot, a family portrait session, or candid 
shots of you exploring the city.

I usually use online platforms like @airbnb Experiences and @flytographer to find local photographers before I arrive. Also, you can Check social media groups for recommendations and also use hashtags on Instagram and TikTok to find them. 

Most importantly read reviews and contact shortlisted photographers to discuss your needs and plan ahead to secure your preferred date and time.
