Welcome to Weight Loss Wednesdays 💚✨ - WEEK 19 Current weight : REBRAND + DOCUMENTARY PENDING👀 I’ve been thinking soo hard about this weightloss journey and where I want to take it and how I want it to impact my body and impact my life. Whilst these videos were fun, I feel like I need to focus more on the weightloss journey.  With that being said there is a rebrand coming up! Stay tunedddd⏳ Every Wednesday I’m learning something new: how to push through discomfort, how to give myself grace, how to stay consistent even when I’m tired, and how to celebrate the small wins that don’t always make the scale move. This journey isn’t perfect, it’s not linear, and it’s definitely not aesthetic 24/7 — but it’s real. And I’m proud of that.
