Enjoy our Blackberry Daiquiri cocktail recipe at your next brunch gathering. 

Ingredients

Handful of fresh blackberries
2 ½ oz Koloa White Rum
1 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
½ oz simple syrup

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the blackberries so that they release their colorful juice. Add the rum, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake well with ice and then pour, using a fine-mesh strainer, into a chilled serving glass.
