You need to stop avoiding data.

Finance, marketing, HR, operations, sales, founder… it doesn’t matter.

If your work touches numbers and you’re not fully confident in Excel, you’re leaving opportunities on the table.

Most people aren’t bad at data.
They were just never taught how to actually work with it.

So they guess.
They copy formulas.
They stay quiet in meetings where numbers matter.

We’ve seen that change.
People who swore Excel wasn’t for them
are now cleaning data, building dashboards, and actually explaining what the numbers mean.

That’s the focus for Cohort 4:
