Between 5:30-7:30 AM, places like Banff feel almost empty - quiet streets, peaceful lakes, and uninterrupted mountain views.

• Lake Louise - calm, glassy water before the crowds
• Moraine Lake - sunrise here is next level
• Banff Avenue - no crowds, just you + the mountains
• Vermilion Lakes - peaceful reflections & golden light
