As a vegetarian in Canada who loves spending time outdoors - hiking, glamping, camping - finding good, satisfying food on the go isn’t always easy. 🥶

After too many soggy sandwiches and sad granola bars, I decided to make a change.

It’s easy, cozy, and honestly way better than most ready-to-eat meals out there. There’s nothing like flipping hot, crispy dosas in the fresh air, and eating until my stomach says, “bus Reshma, enough!” 😂
