🛡️ How to survive (and still laugh through it):
- Bug spray with DEET or Picaridin (non-negotiable!)
- Bug nets : not cute, but effective 😂
- Light-colored, long-sleeved clothing
- Avoid perfumes & scented stuff (bugs think it’s gourmet)
- Stay active - bugs love a still target 😅
- Campfires help! Smoke = bug repellent
- Set up camp away from still water 🌊

Now let’s talk about our bug battle dynamics…

I’m apparently the main course at the bug buffet -  no matter how much spray I use, I come home with bites that could ruin my whole summer 🫠
Meanwhile, my husband? Untouchable.
Bugs see him and go: “nah, we’re good.” 🙄😂
