It’s not always easy to find vegan fine dining options in Canada, but when you do, it’s a game-changer! I recently had the chance to indulge in a multi-course vegan meal that surprised me with every dish.

For those curious about how a fine dining works here:
- It typically involves making a reservation well in advance due to limited seating and high demand,
- The experience is often set up as a tasting menu, where you enjoy several carefully curated courses designed to showcase the best of plant-based or omnivore.
- The cost can vary. I paid about $140 pre tax per person. But trust me, the creativity, flavors, and ambiance make it worth every penny!
- Most fine dinings have a dress code, so do check that before your visit
- Provide dietary restrictions prior to avoid to accommodate your needs
- Fine finding often includes wine pairing mostly for an additional costs. If interested, you can ask the server to provide recommendations
- Expect high quality service. The staff will be well versed with the menu, and they would explain the menu to guide you through the dining experience.
- Tipping is customary in fine dinings but it’s your personal choice too!

Is it worth it? Absolutely, it’s a fun and great experience to taste very unique flavours with great service🍽️🌿
