Things to do in & around the park:
1. Camping : There are 3 camp grounds - Tall Pines, River Loop and Sandy Flats. 
- You can do tent camping
- Book a rustic cabin
- Rent a RV from @outdoorsy 
2. Sandy beach activities like picnic, swimming, kayak, canoe. Canoeing from the river-to-lake at sunrise with gulls, ducks and maybe loons and a beaver nearby. There is a boat launch area from where you can rent kayaks or canoes.
3. Go on a guided tour to the Bonnechere caves, which is a natural underground wonder in Canada. Beware the caves can be claustrophobic.
4. Hike the FIT(Footprints in time), which is based on the First Nations way of teaching and explaining history. It’s a 2km loop trail and super easy for all hikers. 
5. Visit the birthplace of BEAVERTAILS. Killaloe is a small town situated 20 mins away from the campground where the dough pastry @beavertails was originated.
6. Borrow a book from the book tree, an open library for everyone.
7. Hike the Barron Canyon trail for some awesome views .
8. The trees at this park are positioned perfectly for hammock, so definitely carry yours and enjoy some nature time.
