Day 19 of 21 things you should know before moving to Canada: Racism.

I’ve been lucky to feel welcomed here and have made so many amazing Canadian friends ❤️ 
But hate messages from these faceless accounts like “go back to your country” are still real.

Here’s the thing — most people coming here are on legal work permits or as students, and they’re helping Canada grow. I don’t support illegal immigration, and yes, there should be a cap on how many people come in. But that never justifies racism.

At the end of the day, it’s not just about Canada — the world is built on migration, and diversity everywhere makes us stronger together.
