## Caption

I am very cautious when it comes to hair and only trust home remedies. Please make sure to follow it step by step and let me know in case you need any help. 

I have been following this for the past 15 years since my mother started taking care of my hair.

Steps:

	1.	Prepare the Base:
	•	Add 3 glasses of water to an iron pan.
	•	Add 3 spoons of tea leaves, 1 spoon each of Amla, Reetha, and Shikakai (or if you have a mixture, 2/3 teaspoons is enough).
	•	Boil until the water reduces by half & strain it.
	•	Add curry leaves for extra nourishment.
	•	Let the mixture sit for 3 days until it turns black.
	2.	Mix the Henna:
	•	On the 4th day, mix in 3-4 tablespoons of henna to the blackened mixture.
	•	Let it sit only for a day.
	3.	Final Ingredients (last day while applying)
	•	Add 1-2 teaspoons of coffee.
	•	Mix in some curd (3 teaspoons).
	•	Add Vitamin E gel.
	•	Pour in some mustard oil.
	•	Mix everything thoroughly.
	4.	Apply:
	•	Wear gloves to apply the mixture to your hair.
	•	Leave it on for 2 hours.
	•	Wash your hair thoroughly.
 •	Please make sure to dry your hair with something black, otherwise the towel will get the henna color.
	•	Also, make sure to wear something dark because the drops from your hair might damage your clothes.
	•	Once your hair is dry, you can switch to light-colored clothes.

For more nourishment: Do not wash your hair with shampoo after the mask, only water is good. Apply some oil and leave it for 2-3 hours, then wash. I know its a long process but you are gonna love silky, shiny, and stronger hair! ❤️
