There was a time when I would feel so guilty for catching a moment to breathe - but in this season, I need to do better, attempt to take moments when I can, for me. Today felt like one of the days, and I could feel the aches & sluggishness, it was a sign to chill. It’s such a privilege that I never take for granted.
