I dreamt & manifested this moment - a moment that I wasn’t sure would become a reality. A surprise to many, but to me, to me, the exact blessing I’ve needed & wanted during this season of life. 

In no way do I feel I or we as a family have gone backwards in time - if anything, with the confidence & certainty I feel + the amount of joy new life brings to all, I see this time as complete. 

And through this journey, from the second I found out we were pregnant, I made it a point to start reaching out to resources to help me navigate this time, to prepare me mentally & physically, and to level set my mindset & approach to this new transition. 

Leaning in to the expertise of anteathemamacoach was exactly the support I knew I needed. Being a labour & delivery nurse for many years, Antea is equipped with the professionalism and softness to support moms & families within our community.
