Tomorrow, May 1st, is World Maternal Mental Health Day. A day to amplify awareness efforts for mothers and their families. Caring for mothers is a positive intervention for long-term social development + ensuring resources and support are easily accessible. 

Having been in some dark & challenging times and unaware of the help I personally needed has led me to being a strong advocate for mothers & families. This is why I’m walking alongside many others with @cpmhc Flora’s Walk to raise funds for perinatal mental health. 

I promise, moms, the pink will come back. 💕
