All the feels lately & while it takes a lot of effort to get some movement in these days, a serious workout session sometimes can be the cure or right dose of feeling like yourself again. 

Grateful to be guided & supported by @jessichiarello - we altered my current program to incorporate more intentional movement AND lots of stretching + having a workout partner kept me motivated & grounded.
