You know that feeling from within where you heart is just SO full and there’s no validation needed?! 

I do.

Creating my own spaces, joining forces with other valued spaces, and being genuinely committed to influencing change in myself and in my community has left me with so much hope that bigger things are to come. 

I don’t do it for the praises or accolades. I don’t do it for the publicity. That’s not the end goal. 

And I definitely don’t do it alone. Behind every initiative, behind every idea, and behind every execution there is a solid team of committed peeps who are pushing forward to make a difference - you know who you are! At our last lotus team meeting, we all got very emotional about how much of an impact we are leaving and how the goodness from our hearts is reflecting in this community we call home. That’s why we do what we do.

And since that moment, I’ve let it really sit with me because it brings me back to the WHY. The late nights of planning, the juggling of workloads, the endless meetings, and the biggest one for me, the time I miss being away from my kiddos. 

But I know, deep down, I know, that whatever I’m doing here is for them and their future. And that for me is THE greatest and only validation I need for continuing this community work. 

To all my community builders and leaders, I see you. Your hearts are pure and your determination strong, and I have a tremendous amount of respect for each and every one of you. Let’s keep it going! ✨
