It has been some time since I did one of these - they help me and it’s always nice to put something out into the universe because it might help you too! 

In short, I think it’s only natural human behaviour and of course the influence of external factors that sometimes create uncalled for doubts and insecurities about whether we are good enough for anything. 

No matter how challenged or defeated you might feel, always know that you are doing a good job.

Whether it’s parenting, working, being a low-key influencer of some sort (that’s a jab at me), there will be a a crowd of critics always watching you to break you down and do nothing but create the self-doubt you do not need. Just tell them to take their cold crude vibes elsewhere (or subtly disengage). You don’t have time for that. I sure as heck don’t have time for that. 

And bask in the glory of your journey and progress. Trust me, I have come a VERY long way to recognize that the things I’m attempting to do in my life are impactful and worthy because they bring joy to ME. I’m not doing it for anyone else (well, except for my babies). And I’m more aware that there is no bigger cheerleader out there other than yourself. 

So, friends, cheer yourself on! Take this reminder with a sprinkle of love and remember, always, in the darkest of moments, you are doing a good job. ✨
