Women empowerment, what does this mean to me? I’ve said it here before, but I’ll just turn up the volume a little bit. It’s about the actions you take. Praising, cheering, and motivating each other to rise. Applauding and encouraging successes. But also, in times of instability, lending a genuine helping hand. Giving hope. And building unity.

And I’m so fortunate to be surrounded by phenomenal womxn in my life. From the womxn who have been with me for much of my life to the womxn I’ve only met on the gram - you are all so powerful beings with so much love to give.

I think it’s particularly important to also highlight men who feel the same. Men who respect and appreciate womxn. My next guest on my vlog volume series is Tejpreet Dulat, tejdulat - he’s a very well known local community builder who is also a dad. Tejpreet values the women in his life and knows he wouldn’t be where he is today if it wasn’t for their support and encouragement. And to give back, Tejpreet has encouraged his wife to start her own venture called Shopkart, shopkartca - an online South Asian grocery store.
