A new vlog volume is out featuring Ottawa community builder, Kamal Dhanoa, kamal_k_dhanoa from poptikr - and this one couldn’t be shared at a more appropriate time. As women, we’re often criticized for being “too much” of basically everything. Either we’re too vocal, or too emotional. Or too aggressive. Or too strong. And when we come forward and take charge or lead with fire or purpose, we get called out for being overconfident, self-righteous, or egotistical. And I guess I’m not the only one feeling this way because just yesterday I came across a post from catandnat - check it out. Their message is right.on.point.

So, why am I saying all of this? Well first off, I mean it. And secondly, Kamal shares the importance of being a supporter not just during a pandemic but in all aspects of our lives. She is a true example of a boss lady with a mission to bring people together. She’s a powerhouse and owns it as she should. Through her years of hard work and commitment, she has and continues to be an inspiration to many. Check it. And to all, continue to be loud.
