Scrolling through? Just a friendly reminder to parents to get your much needed sleep when you can aka stop going to bed late! Every.single.night I do this to myself. I’m not sure what happens, but come 9 PM it’s like I get this burst of energy to binge watch Netflix and just chill. But seriously, it’s so, um, dare I say it, peaceful at night. Right now, it’s just me and the tv and the beautiful sounds of the rain outside. I should also stop the late night snacking. For anyone wondering, the pogo addiction is still very strong. Anyways, it’s a new week, folks - let it be filled with brightness and kindness (and hopefully sleep!).
