This Facebook live event has been in the works for quite some time — to know these two women, who are physicians and working moms, is a blessing. We’ve all connected at a level where we feel safe and comfortable to share our truth and vulnerability. Fun fact: we’ve never met in-person, but when we chat, we sound like we’ve all been the bestest of friends for years!

This Friday at 8:30 PM EST, join myself, Dr. Smita Malhotra, drsmita_md and Dr. Richa Angihotri, bibs.and.steths on the rukusavenueradio Facebook page as we have an open dialogue around mental health. Our conversation will focus on: 1) maternal mental health - in honour of #nimabhakta 2) child mental health 3) the impacts of the pandemic on healthcare frontline workers’ mental health
