A commitment of mine on this platform and on my upcoming show is to make sure Dad’s have an opportunity to share their piece on parenthood. After the birth of our first, I immediately witnessed changes in my husband. I can confidently say that he has evolved and embraced this journey of fatherhood, but he has also experienced feelings of confusion and loss of identity. And as a society, we don’t talk about this nearly as much as we should.

So, this Father’s Day, let’s hear it from the dad’s. Similar to my Mother’s Day vlog, I’m putting together something special for the dad’s out there. Send in a video clip (60 seconds or less) of what fatherhood means to you or what’s changed about you since becoming a father?
