Eating lots of vegetables 🥗 lowers the risk of several chronic diseases. But did you know that following a plant-based diet 🥬 can also reduce the risk of Parkinson's disease (PD)? 

A study from the Movement Disorders Journal finds that following a plant-based diet that particularly includes vegetables 🥗, nuts 🥜  and tea 🫖 could mean a lower risk of PD.
