Last night, we welcomed Dawn Schiehser, PhD for Start & Spark. Her session provided an insightful overview of:
 • The historical development of mindfulness🧠
 • How mindfulness practices may support individuals with Parkinson’s disease
 • Current research findings and measurement challenges in mindfulness interventions
