One Pot Spaghetti, our favorite weeknight meal!  Leftovers better on day 2. Recipe below -1lb Italian Sausage, we prefer a spicy version. Not sweet -28oz Whole San Marzano Tomatoes are ideal, we used crushed tomatoes tonight as we had them on hand -4 Cloves Garlic, minced -1/2C Heavy Cream -1T Minced Dried Onion -1T Dried Basil -Red Pepper Flakes to your liking -Small T of Sugar -32oz Chicken Stock -1lb Thin Spaghetti, dried not cooked **Dutch Oven Medium Heat **Break up and brown the sausage **Add Garlic and Tomatoes, break up if using whole tomatoes **Add rest of ingredients listed above with spaghetti last **Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, leave uncovered and cook 15-18 minutes **Pasta will absorb the liquid, add more stock if necessary although we never have **Serve immediately and top with Parm #onepotspaghetti #onepotmeals #3piecesofpecan #fyp
