Ingredients: -2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened -1/2 cup green onions, minced -1 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped -4 Tbsp. dill, chopped -2 Tbsp. mayonnaise -1/2 tsp. pepper -1/2 tsp. salt -2 loaves sliced white bread Directions: -Stir together first 7 ingredients to create Benedictine spread. -Spread mixture on 24 slices of white bread, and top with remaining bread slices to create sandwiches. -Trim away sandwich crusts, and cut each sandwich into 4 triangles with a serrated knife to create tea sandwiches. #benedictinespread #kentuckyderby #teasandwiches #southernfood
