Spent a few days in Texas Hill Country learning about wild game butchery, processing an cooking from the legendary mikerobinsonchef . Big thanks to traegergrills for organizing this event and the invite.

Also met some amazing creators and chefs. Ronny makes a mean spicy margarita and Ian is an Uncrustable fiend 😂 We all got to hang out, learn, cook and eat together. And nothing brings people together like food. What an amazing experience.
