Today’s lunch was tawa pulao, made perfect for this cozy weather. One pan, slow cooking, and comforting flavors—used my non-stick skillet from Temu, easy to handle, evenly heated, and just right for everyday meals.

Here’s the recipe for you 🫶
Heat oil in a pan and add onion with chopped veggies (potato, carrot, capsicum, green peas, tomato).
Add salt and turmeric; sauté well.
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté.
Mix in cooked rice ( for yellow color add some turmeric).
Add chilli powder and garam masala; sauté well.
Finish with mint and coriander leaves.
Sauté on high flame for a minute or two—and that’s it.
