Here’s the Bagara Rice recipe, just how I make it at home — simple, flavorful, and comforting.

One thing to remember: to get that beautiful color in the rice, fry the onions till they turn brown — don’t skip that part!

And just a quick note — add the ginger-garlic paste right after the onions change color (that clip is missing).

Simple, flavorful, and best enjoyed hot with prawns masala and cooling raita on the side 🤍
