Some dishes are meant to wake up your taste buds, and this masala pepper egg does just that 🌶🍳 Bold, peppery, and so satisfying.. Ok tell me - What would you pair this with? 

Recipe:
Dry roast cumin, black pepper, and fennel seeds, then grind into a smooth powder.
In a pan, heat oil and fry boiled eggs with salt, turmeric, and chili powder. Set aside.
In the same pan, fry onions until golden, add ginger-garlic paste, and sauté well. Stir in the roasted spice powder, add a splash of water, and cook for a minute.
Toss back the fried eggs, flip until coated on both sides, and finish with curry leaves, green chilies, and a final toss. That’s it 🙌
