Off-season mornings always start with smoothies to help supplement my trainings in the gym or at the yoga studio!

Thanks to carlsonlabs I got to add a few new ingredients into the mix this year to keep my body strong and healthy! 

Right now I am absolutely loving adding both vitamin c crystals and MCT oil/omega3 😋
