I bought my first home at 21… and honestly, I wasn’t fully prepared for it.

On paper, everything made sense.
But mentally? I was all over the place.

I remember lying awake at night wondering if we made the wrong decision.
Were we spending too much?
Was the location right?
Were the inspection issues bigger than I thought?

What I didn’t realize at the time was this:

It wasn’t the house that was stressful.
It was the lack of a clear plan.

Fast forward a few years, and that same home became one of the best financial decisions I’ve made. We built equity, house hacked, and used it as a stepping stone.

But the experience changed how I work with buyers today.

I don’t start with houses.
I start with a plan.
