The Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce surprised Kay Ruhstaller this week with the announcement that she’s the 2025 ATHENA Leadership Award recipient. ✨

As CEO of San Joaquin County’s largest nonprofit, the Family Resource Center, Ruhstaller oversees a $100M budget serving 8,000+ local children each year. For more than 30 years, she’s been a driving force behind initiatives like the San Joaquin Children’s Alliance and 211 San Joaquin.

She’ll be officially honored November 20 at the ATHENA Awards Luncheon in Stockton. 👏
