I’ve heard so many stories that break my heart…adoptive parents sharing how their own families couldn’t fully love or accept their children. And I just sit back in deep gratitude because that has never been our story. My parents? They are completely, wholeheartedly in love with ALL of my children. No hesitation. No difference. Just love. Watching my dad give his testimony in church yesterday, almost in tears because he simply gets to spend time with his grandsons…that did something to me. That kind of love? You can’t fake it. It reminded me that family isn’t built on biology…it’s built on love, presence, and choosing each other every single day. And I thank God that my children get to experience that kind of unconditional love!  #raisingcultures #adoptionstory #love
