This is why I do what I do.
Some battles our kids fight don’t happen in front of us.
They happen quietly in their mind, in their confidence, in their emotions, in the anger they don’t know how to explain or express.
Bell came to me  carrying hurt, frustration, and feelings bigger than her little shoulders should have to hold.
But week by week, punch by punch, I’ve watched her begin to release it.
Not by shutting down.
Not by acting out.
But by learning discipline.
Learning control.
Learning that she is stronger than what tries to consume her.
Boxing is just the tool . We laugh , we joke , we talk life.  The real mission is giving these kids a safe place to feel seen, heard, protected, and built back up.
A place where aggression turns into focus.
A place where pain turns into confidence.
A place where they know somebody believes in them.
Thank you to Bella’s mom for trusting me with your baby girl.
