A prisoner who escaped police custody at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center on Tuesday was captured in West Philadelphia.

The escaped prisoner spent nearly three hours on the run and managed to evade police multiple times, shirtless and with one of his hands still cuffed.

At one point, the prisoner even interacted with a bystander, attempting to ask for a ride.
