Plan on a cooler, wet, gray and blustery weekend in the Philadelphia region. We'll have rain on Saturday that could last into Sunday, but it's much-needed.

There is over a foot deficit in rainfall since August, and pockets of our area are under severe drought conditions. Most of the region is currently in a moderate drought.
