Finally getting around to sharing this one! ✨☺️ In the Fall I got accepted and invited to be part of Harvard Business School’s Crossover Into Business program led by anitaelberse and let me tell you this : 

I felt like a my young Meli getting ready for college again - aka a lil nervous, super excited, and tbh definitely procrastinating in good ole under pressure fashion reading up study cases to prep for the classes 😅. 

Being on campus brought such an incredible energy. To be around high-level thinkers and performers, athletes both current and former, and people from around the world who all bring different perspectives… yooo I felt the aura immediately. 

What stuck with me most learning under Anita Elberse and her HBS students: It’s not just about being prepared, it’s about having the confidence to speak. Raise your hand. Ask the question. Say what you actually think. Explain WHY, HOW, your POV. That’s where the real learning and growing happens. 

The semester gave me a nice reminder that growth comes from putting yourself in rooms that challenge you, that make you think more, that push you to use your voice more. I’m so grateful I got to be in that one.
