- 1/3 tsp mustard seeds 
- Pinch of hing 
- 2 Tbsp Chana dal 
- 2 Tbsp Urad dal 
- 🍃10 leaves of curry patta 
- 🌶️2 broken whole red chilis 
- 2 Tbsp cashews 
- 🥜2 Tbsp peanuts 
- 1 Tbsp green chilis 
- Pinch of turmeric 
- 🧂1 tsp salt 
- 2 Tbsp cilantro 
- 🍋2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
