This is a must when our family gets together at Ma’s house. 

Marinade for 6 shrimp:
2 Tbsp mango pulp 
2 Tbsp fresh orange juice 
1 Tbsp orange marmalade 
1/2 tsp soy sauce 
1/4 tsp rice wine vinegar 
1 tsp fresh ginger 
1 Tbsp green chillies chopped 
1/4 tsp coconut sriracha
