You know what's scarier than trying something you've never done before?

Not trying at all and being left behind.

If you’re avoiding AI because it feels intimidating, here’s the truth: 

You don’t need to be tech‑savvy.

You don’t need to ask perfect questions.

You don’t need to understand everything.

You just need to START.

Personally, at the age of 57, I don't want to get left behind when it comes to learning new technology and I refuse to let fear about AI have me opt out of something that will be a massive part of all of our lives - whether you like it or not. 

That’s why I have partnered with MicrosoftCopilot - because I have made a decision to learn as much as I can about AI and help other women do the same. I like Copilot because it’s one of the easiest platforms to start using. And, I've been using Microsoft since Windows came out in 1990, it's part of my day to day life at work, and I trust a technology brand that has been in business for 35 years, and that is integrated into the largest companies in the world and ours too.

What I've found is that it's shockingly easy and empowering to use, and it has given me so much time back for the things that matter.
