Salmon with Lemon Dill Sauce and Rösti

#ad Who said hash browns are just for breakfast?
I made super crispy rösti with these Main St Bistro® Hash Browns main_st_bistro and I’m obsessed. I’m so excited about this new product from one of my favorite brands!
They’re made with fresh potatoes and come already peeled, shredded, and partially cooked, so literally all the work is done. I just cooked them up and got that perfect golden, crispy texture.

Paired them with baked salmon and lemon dill sauce for dinner, but honestly these are the kind of side you can throw into anything, any time of day.
You can find Main St Bistro® Hash Browns in the refrigerated section near the meat department at your grocery store, or hit the link in my bio to find them near you.
