Ingredients:
Lemongrass chicken
- 3 chicken thighs
- 1 stalk lemon grass (or 1 tbsp preminced)
- 1 tbsp shallot, grated
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 in ginger, grated
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp hoisin sauce

Nuac Cham Dipping Sauce
- 1 small garlic clove
- Thai chili, or to taste
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 ½ tablespoon fish sauce
