Each bite of these crispy chicken sliders is layered with a creamy ranch, pickles and a drizzle of hot honey stacked on a little bun. It’s hard to have just one!

Recipe

Hot Honey Chicken Sliders

Ingredients

Chicken:

1 lb boneless chicken (cut into slider-size pieces)

½ cup buttermilk

2 tbsp pickle juice

1–2 tbsp hot sauce

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

Coating:

½ cup cornstarch

¼ cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

For frying:

Oil for frying

Hot Honey Glaze:

3–4 tbsp Mike’s Hot Honey

1 tbsp butter

½ tsp cayenne (adjust to spice level)

½ tsp smoked paprika

Garlic Butter:

2 tbsp melted butter

Dried parsley

For assembly:

Slider buns

Ranch

Pickles

Instructions

Marinate the chicken in buttermilk, pickle juice, hot sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder for at least 15–30 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix together cornstarch, flour, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Remove the chicken from the marinade and coat each piece in the flour mixture, pressing to create a textured coating.

Heat oil over medium heat and fry the chicken in batches until golden, crispy, and fully cooked. Remove and let rest.

Melt the butter in a pan, then stir in Mike’s Hot Honey, cayenne, and smoked paprika until smooth and glossy. Lightly toss or drizzle over the crispy chicken.

Spread ranch on the bottom bun, add the hot honey chicken, then layer pickles on top. Spread a little ranch on the top bun and close the sliders.

Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle dried parsley before serving.
