3-Ingredient Brownie Cookies 🥰 So easy! Recipe below ⬇️

Ingredients:
• ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
• 1 egg
• 1 (18 oz.) box Thick & Fudgy brownie mix

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together egg and melted butter. Add brownie mix to egg mixture; stir until mixture is fully combined.
 
3. Using a 1 ½ Tablespoon cookie scoop, place scoops of batter two inches apart on the lined baking sheet. Bake for 11-12 minutes. Cool 5 minutes; then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
