La cinéaste Lynne Ramsay compte parmi les fidèles du Festival. À #Cannes2025, elle était de retour en Sélection officielle pour la 8e fois avec son nouveau film Die My Love, présenté en Compétition.

Adapté du roman de l’autrice argentine Ariana Harwicz, le film nous plonge dans l’intimité d’un jeune couple incarné par Jennifer Lawrence et Robert Pattinson.

Après l’arrivée de leur premier enfant, la relation de Grace et Jackson se fragilise. Hantée par ses démons, Grace s’enfonce dans une spirale intérieure qui la dépasse, tandis que Jackson tente de préserver leur quotidien.

Hypnotique et viscéral, le film frappe par sa beauté visuelle et l’intensité des désirs, des frustrations et des obsessions qui traversent ses personnages.

The filmmaker Lynne Ramsay is one of the Festival’s faithful. At #Cannes2025, she was back in the Official Selection for the 8th time with her new movie Die My Love, screened in Competition.

Adapted from the novel by the Argentine author Ariana Harwicz, the film throws us into the intimacy of a young couple played by Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson.
