✨The perfect Masala Chai Servings: 2 cups  Masala Chai Recipe: •1 Cup of Water •2 Tablespoons of Black Tea •1/2 Cinnamon Stick •3-4 Black Peppercorn •4 Cardamoms  •1 Star Anise •3-4 Cloves  •1/2 Teaspoon of Nutmeg  •2 Cups of Milk or 1 can of evaporated milk  INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Crush up your spices  2. In a small pot, add a cup of water and the spices and let it simmer for 5 minutes of low heat.  3. Add your milk and a sprinkle of nutmeg to let it infuse. 4. Let it come to a simmer around 10 minutes, using the ladle to froth the milk.  5.
