You will be guided into your inner wisdom, grounded into your body, and given space to align with what you actually know about yourself. Through quartz crystal bowls, chimes, gong, hand drumming, and possibly voice.
 
If you are ready to move through what is heavy, come up for air, and remember who you are when you are not carrying all of it — this session is for you.
