Three words. Written after a single session.

"Mind is calmer."

She came in navigating a cancer relapse. She filled out the survey before we began. She laid down. She let the sound do what sound does.

Afterward, three words.

She came back. And back again. What she shared with me privately — that she finally slept through the night — is what kept bringing her through the door.

We are not the healers. We facilitate the environment for the body to go into its own natural healing functions.

This is why this work matters. And this is why I teach it.
