Think about the last time your body actually exhaled. Not just a deep breath. A full letting go where your shoulders dropped without you telling them to, and something you had been carrying for weeks just released.

Most of us cannot remember the last time that happened.

Here is what the science tells us. When stress becomes chronic, the nervous system stays in fight-or-flight. Sleep suffers. Pain amplifies. Rest stops feeling like rest. The body already knows how to shift out of this. It just needs the right environment.
 
In March 2026, 153 participants experienced a single SoundEmbrace session as part of a university-supported evaluation. Mean stress scores dropped from 5.8 to 1.6. 96% reported reduced stress. One hour.

That environment is what I create. And there are several chances this month to come experience it yourself.
